FOLD 8'X20'

The FOLD series is the most cost-effective and practical housing unit, measuring 8′ x 20′ and occupying 160 square feet. When folded, it measures just 8′ x 20′ x 1.2′, making it even more compact and easier to transport and store. Its integrated structure also makes assembly simple. Simply hoist the roof to a certain height, raise the walls, and secure them with a few screws to assemble the entire house. The house itself comes pre-installed with basic electrical systems.

The small unit size and affordable price make it versatile. When used individually, it can serve as a living room, office, playground, storage room, security room, staff dormitory, and more. When combined, it can be modularized into a two- to three-story building for office, residential, and other purposes.
