Simple three-step installation method
Step 1: Hoisting and positioning
After transporting the folding house to a flat site, use a crane or vehicle-mounted hook to lift through the four lifting holes at the bottom and place it stably on the ground. Then switch the hooks to the four corner piece holes at the top in preparation for the unfolding operation.
Step 2: Unfolding and Supporting
Start the hoisting equipment and vertically lift the container to a height of 2.7 meters. At this point, two installers each hold a 2.9-meter-long square steel bar and support the width space from the inside to prevent the container from shrinking or deforming.
Step 3: Securing and Sealing
Once the supports are in place, installers push the front and rear walls into proper position, then secure the perimeter with four specially designed corner posts. Each corner post is fitted with one bolt at the top and one at the bottom. Finally, attach sealing strips to the gaps at the four corners and apply waterproof sealant around doors and windows to complete the installation.
